Voice Recordings and Communications ALL VOICE ACTIVITY CONDUCTED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS RECORDED. This includes greetings, recorded messages, IVR interactions, live or near-live conversations, communications with paid operators, and AI-assisted interactions.

Technical and Usage Information IP addresses, device type, browser information, call detail data, timestamps, and usage metrics.

Customer Service Communications Information provided when contacting customer support.

3. Recording and Monitoring

All interactions conducted through TalkCafe.com voice and telecommunications systems are recorded. Recordings may be used for security, quality assurance, fraud prevention, moderation and enforcement, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and service improvement. By using the Services, you provide express consent to recording and monitoring.

4. Automated Processing and Artificial Intelligence

We may use automated systems, artificial intelligence (AI), or rule-based technologies to route communications, detect fraud or abuse, support moderation, and improve system performance. Some interactions may involve AI-generated or AI-assisted participants. Not all activity will be reviewed.

We may use collected information to provide and maintain the Services, process payments, enforce Terms and Conditions, improve performance and user experience, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support.
